Internships

The Internship Programme of the National Human Rights Security Bureau has been designed to provide Interns with meaningful practical exposure in a professional Multidisiplinary organisational environment. Rather than limiting learning to theoretical concepts, interns are encouraged to participate in real assignments, collaborative projects, departmental activities, documentation, research, administrative functions, Technological initiatives, Data Science, Analytics, and other operations.

Internship opportunities are announced periodically through the Careers Portal, with each position specifying the duration, mode of engagement, eligibility criteria, and applicable terms. Opportunities may be available onsite, remotely, or in a hybrid format, subject to the nature of the role. Interns demonstrating exceptional performance may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) or other suitable employment opportunities where organisational requirements, position availability, and the eligibility criteria in force permit such consideration, It shall remains entirely at the discretion of the Management and shall not be interpreted as an assurance, entitlement or a matter of right.

The programme seeks to cultivate professional competence, practical understanding, and workplace readiness while supporting the effective delivery of organisational objectives. Interns are expected to make effective use of the opportunities provided, demonstrating professionalism, initiative, integrity, and a commitment to continuous learning throughout the programme.
