Interns demonstrating exceptional performance may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) or other suitable employment opportunities where organisational requirements, position availability, and the eligibility criteria in force permit such consideration, It shall remains entirely at the discretion of the Management and shall not be interpreted as an assurance, entitlement or a matter of right.
The programme seeks to cultivate professional competence, practical understanding, and workplace readiness while supporting the effective delivery of organisational objectives.
