SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. At the National Human Rights Security Bureau (NHRSB), we are dedicated to ensuring an efficient and transparent process for the dispatch and delivery of membership kits.
2. Orders are processed via Private domestic/International courier service or India post.
3. Membership applications are reviewed within 3-7 working days. Once approved, the dispatch of the membership kit, within 7-14 working days. These kits are dispatched via India Post or a private courier service, as determined by logistical considerations.
4. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS notification confirming the shipment. This confirmation will include a tracking number and detailed logistical information. The confirmation will be sent to the email address registered with your membership application.
5. Please be aware that NHRSB does not assume responsibility for the membership kit once it is handed over to the courier. Any damage, loss, or issues that occur during transit are beyond our control and liability. We will address the issue with highest priority and try to make it available to the member as early as possible however process claims related to such issues once the kit is in the courier’s possession.
