CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
At NHRSB, we are dedicated to serving our community with the highest standards of transparency and service. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be flexible and fair in our approach to cancellations and refunds.
- For general and corpus donations, cancellations are accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of the donation being processed. We encourage you to email your cancellation request to mail@nhrsb.org immediately. Please note that cancellation requests received after this 24 hour timww window, or for donations that have already been utilized for their intended purpose, will not be considered for a refund.
- Membership fees paid to the National Human Rights Security Bureau (NHRSB) are non-refundable. Applicants are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions before making the payment, as once the transaction is completed, no refunds will be issued.
- If you receive an item that does not meet expected quality standards, please provide evidence of the issue. We will review the evidence and may consider replacement based on the assessment of the details provided, but that cannot be considered as a Matter of right. However, please be aware that any replacement will be subject to additional fees, which will be payable by Member.
- In the event of receiving damaged or defective items, please notify our support helpline as provided on our website along with evidence or email us on the same day of receipt. We will work with our partners to verify the issue and determine the appropriate action based on the verification results.
- As a non-profit organization, we strive to provide accurate representations of our services and materials on our website. However, the descriptions and images provided are intended for reference only and may not fully match the actual items or services received. Should you notice any differences, we kindly ask that you inform our support team on the same day of receipt. We will carefully review your concerns and take appropriate steps to address any discrepancies. We value your understanding and are committed to resolving any issues promptly in the spirit of our mission.
- As a non-profit organization, we do not offer products with warranties or guarantees. Consequently, no warranty or guarantee is applicable to any offerings related to our services or donations.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-21 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete the refund process and ensure that the refund is reflected in your account within this timeframe.
- Regarding membership kits and their contents, please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit or courier handling. We ensure that all items are dispatched in good condition. However, once the items are in transit, any damage that occurs is beyond our control. No claims, reorders, or replacements will be processed without additional fees, which may vary from time to time.
